FAQ

1: Do you do custom orders?
Yes! My favorite part of this business is designing new items and I would love to work with you to create something all your own. Please see our Custom Orders page for more information!

2: How long does it take you to ship items?
For in-stock items I can usually get them shipped to you within 2 business days (Monday - Friday). Made-to-order items can take longer if you request a color that I do not have in stock. Custom orders take the longest, since I have to order custom ribbon or other items, and we will be working together to make sure you are happy with the design.

3: How closely do the colors on screen match what I will receive?
The color chart at the bottom of the page is provided to us by our main ribbon supplier, and typically matches very closely if not exactly with the physical ribbon. Keep in mind that your particular computer may display colors slightly differently than mine or someone else's, and dyes can vary slightly from lot to lot. We've never had a customer dissatisfied because they ribbon color didn't match what they saw online!

4: I found an error on your site, how can I let you know about it?

5: Are your products eco-friendly?
Bananas 4 Bows cares very much about protecting our environment so that future generations may enjoy our beautiful Earth. Whenever possible, we go out of our way to use products that come from sustainable resources and deal with suppliers that share our beliefs about keeping Earth beautiful.

6: Is my information secure?
Bananas 4 Bows uses PayPal as its payment provider. No credit-card or other financial information is received or stored by us. When you check out on our site, you are redirected to PayPal's secure website to complete your payment. None of your financial information is ever provided to us by Paypal. They process your payment on their side, and instantly and automatically provide us with a notification that you have completed the checkout process and payment has been approved.

7: What if I want to pay online but don't have a PayPal account?
Bananas 4 Bows uses PayPal as our payment provider to enable us to quickly and securely process payments. Once you are redirected to PayPal's site, on the login page there is a link to the left that allows you to pay with a credit or debit card without signing in or creating an account with PayPal. If you do not have a credit-card or do not wish to use PayPal for other reasons, please select COD or Check/Money Order as your payment option and we will contact you to work out the details. Please note that this will delay processing of your order until the funds clear the bank.

8: Can I pay by check or money order?
Bananas 4 Bows strongly recommends using PayPal for online payments as it is faster and more secure. However, we understand that not everyone has a credit-card. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please select that option at checkout and we will contact you to work out the details. Please note that this will delay processing of your order until the funds clear the bank and please do NOT send cash via the mail!
