Tulle Flower Bow

This double layer tulle bow is so fun. It is approx. 5 inches wide and attached to a partially-lined alligator clip. All ribbon ends have been heat-sealed to prevent fraying. It can be attached to a French barrette for the thicker hair. Just choose that option below.
